- Be registered property consultants in Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
- Maintain valid business licenses and registrations
- Adhere to the PCAC Code of Ethics and Professional Standards
- Pay annual membership fees as determined by the board
- Undergo periodic verification and background checks
3. Services Provided
PCAC provides the following services to members and clients:
- Verification of property consultant credentials
- Dispute resolution between consultants and clients
- Legal guidance and documentation support

- Networking and professional development opportunities
4. User Responsibilities
Users of the PCAC website must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not use the platform for fraudulent activities
- Respect intellectual property rights of PCAC
- Not attempt to compromise website security or functionality
- Report any suspicious activities to PCAC administration
5. Property Transactions
PCAC facilitates connections between verified property consultants and clients but does not directly participate in property transactions. All property deals must:
- Comply with applicable real estate laws and regulations
